Ring Sizing

Please make sure you know your ring size as we will not be liable for incorrect sizes given to us by the customer. Do not guess or measure with a piece of string or tape measure. For the most accurate size please contact your nearest jeweler and ask for an accurate measurement. Please note that sizes can vary slightly depending on the type of ring. Temperature conditions can also affect ring size required.

Re-sizing of finished rings will incur a fee. The cost will depend on the type of ring and the resize.

Custom Orders

A large part of our work is creating unique and bespoke pieces.

This involves a process I would like to explain briefly.

Get in touch with us should you like to order a bespoke custom made piece of jewellery. I would like you to tell me as much about the piece of jewellery you have in mind (type, material, stones, sizes, gift or personal piece, story). I will discuss an initial design with you and provide you with a quote. All quotes are in Euro.

The next step begins after I have a clear understanding of your design. Once we have agreed on a design, price, payment plan and delivery schedule, I will send you a confirmation. When the design is approved and a deposit is made I will begin work on your ring. The deposit will range between 20%-50% of the cost of the final piece depending on the complexity of the job. The final balance is payable upon completion of the commission and prior to shipment. Once the finished piece is complete and approved it is a final sale.

Custom designs may be relisted and used in our shop and portfolio for future sales and marketing. The copyright remains with Casúr Óir.

Wear and Tear:

Once the goods have been dispatched to you, you will become the legal owner and goods will be held by you at your own risk and Casúr Óir will not be liable for their loss or damage or destruction.

Jewellery is fragile and should be worn with care. Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower or during extreme physical activity. Many stones and materials are delicate and should not come into contact with perfumes or other chemicals. Oxidation/discolouration can happen to most metals. Please keep your jewellery in a sealed bag or box. Some items will require protection from direct sun light.
